Our years completing surveys locally have brought our surveyors to almost every corner of Orange, Ulster, and Sullivan Counties. When we were requested to complete an ALTA/ACSM survey on a project in Hoosick Falls (Rensselaer County), we welcomed the challenge. Located over two (2) hours from MNTM’s office, our surveyors had to ensure work was completed quickly and accurately to maintain a competitive cost for the completed work.

Utilizing our state of the art surveying equipment, we are able to complete surveys with an accuracy far exceeding all ALTA/ACSM requirements, while keeping costs at a minimum. In many cases, the use of robotic equipment allows us to complete work utilizing one man crews, giving us the capability to cost effectively complete surveys across the state. Our combination of technology and experience allowed MNTM completed the deed research and ALTA/ACSM survey in less than 2 days time.
When it comes to ALTA/ACSM surveys, no job is too far for our surveyors. Our advanced robotic equipment allows our one man crews to travel throughout the state without costing a small fortune to get us there.
